- Apple Cider Vinegar

Drinking a cup of warm water mixed with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey every morning provides relief in arthritis. - Ginger
Ginger is also beneficial in arthritis. Its pain-relieving properties provide relief in joint pain. Mixing 6 teaspoons dry ginger powder, 6 teaspoons black cumin powder and 3 teaspoons black pepper powder with water thrice a day and rubbing it on the painful area provides relief in arthritis pain.
