1. Abhyanga or Oil Massage Therapy-
Application of stimulating oils on the Shira (head) and a gentle massage on the scalp in circular motions soothes the mind. It helps to increase the blood circulation to the central nervous system and helps to overcome sleeplessness.
Choices of Oil- Bhringaraj oil, Coconut oil, Brahmi amla oil, Tila taila, Amla hair oil etc.
2. Draksha or Grapes-
